WWII Russian Bayonet-M44 for Mosin Nagant Rifle - Fully Functional Exc Condition.
Condition is "Used".
A prior owner made this Russian M-44 bayonet fully functional by cutting 3" off the barrel of a Mosin Nagant Rifle which included the mounting base for the bayonet, the original iron sights, 3" of the rifled barrel and the bayonet attached.  The bayonet can be rotated from its normal folded position beside the rifle to its' fully extended combat position and locked in place by the action of the internal spring.  The bayonet is in excellent condition, is fully functional and could be removed from the barrel section should you choose to do so.  The spike measures 12 1/4" and total length of the bayonet and mount is 15".  This folding spike bayonet is truly a unique collector item.
