Always on the lookout for interesting collectible pins. I was able to purchased a collection of vintage Oktoberfest, travel, souvenir pins. Many different countries, Germany, Spain, France, Switzerland, Italy, and more. Most of the pins are from the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, and a few are older.

The skiing hiking mountaineering ax shaped pin with two
Edelweiss flowers
is highlighted by raised and recessed details.
In the center there is a colorful enamel shield that states Zugspitze with a representation of the Münchner Haus / Alpine Club House (Hut) in the background.
Zugspitze is the highest mountain in Germany
Alps known as a winter sports ski resort.
The pin could be used as a lederhosen accessory, tie tack, hat pin, vest pin, lapel pin, or displayed.
The pin is approximately 1 3/4 inches by approximately 1 inch.
