Vintage 3D Carved BERLIN Souvenir 8 1/2" PLAQUE Resin ?

Wall Plaque
It measures approx.  8 1/2" in diameter
I think its a Resin like material but not sure, hopefully
you can tell for sure. It has a wood look on the front but the back
side looks like resin or hard foam like material
It has a little wear, needs a little cleaning but overall pretty good
condition as you can see
