A vintage, 1960, hand-made plaque, from LANDKREIS DIEBURG (District of Dieburg), Germany,
as a remembrance of visiting in the area.
Dieburg
is a small town in southern Hessen, Germany.
It is now part of the district of Dramstadt-Dieburg
.
Size: about 9 1/4" X 11 1/4".  Wood base a
bout 1/2" thick.  Substantial: about 2 pounds.
Given to a US Army VIP, then Colonel John F. Freund, in July 1960.

Condition is used.  Larger chip on bottom edge of plaque.  Some small worn spots around edges.
