This stand is in excellent condition, but may have a few very minor scratches/scuffs from being bounced around in the box during shipment.
It was removed from a new tv that was broken during shipment.  It appears to have minimal use if any at all.
It comes just as pictured including both legs, but
DOES NOT include screws
.

but please confirm.
