PERFECT Vintage Fostoria "CENTURY" 5 Ounce JUICE GOBLET - 3 Available!

Description

Up for sale is an absolutely perfect vintage Fostoria "Century" stemmed juice goblet!  There are three of these juice goblets available for purchase in this auction - the bid price is for one goblet, and the buyer has the option of taking as many as desired.  Fostoria made the Century pattern in 1950, and it's incredibly popular.  They stand 4 7/8 inches high, and they measure 2 3/4 inches in diameter across the flared top.  They hold 5 ounces, and they have a wavy optic pattern around the bottom of the goblet.  The stem resembles a "ball and claw", but the claws are actually the wavy pattern that makes Century so popular.  There are no chips, cracks, flakes, fleabites, nicks or roughness anywhere, and the glass is nice and shiny - no stains, scratches, oxidation, or other marks whatsoever.  The Century pattern can be seen photographed either in Gene Florence's "Collectible Glassware of the 1940s, 50s & 60s", or in Coe's "Elegant Glassware - Early, Depression & Beyond".  The buyer will pay shipping and insurance (insurance is automatically included in the shipping calculator as a “handling fee” unless otherwise requested).  Shipping will be combined for the buyer of more than one item whenever practical.  Shipping is normally within 24 hours after receipt of PayPal payment (if other payment options are desired, please don’t hesitate to inquire).
