    Description

    Original Russian early first pattern SKS stripper clip pouch.
    The early pattern SKS pouch were distinct in that they used a single leather closure strap that was sewn to the lid, while the later pattern used a 'Y' strap that was riveted to the lid.
    Appears to be in new old stock condition with some minor blemishes from storage.
    Nicely date stamped "1950" on the leather strap.
    Very rare to find an early pattern pouch.
