It is a size S/M and is designed to fit a child with chest of 40" and sleeve length of 28". I measured the inseam on the pants and it is 27.5". Unstretched waistline measured 27", stretches to 32". Fabric is a breathable laminate with a total garment net weight of 8 ounces. There is Zero PVC in this waterproof fabric. It is wind-resistant, lightweight, packable and machine washable.
