Element 36097957L/R meaning left & right Tv stand. Has screws.It does not have the manual in picture.
I'm not 100% sure but the stand may be for the model
E4sft5517.
New in bag but may show some light scratches since stacked on top of other stands.
PLEASE NOTE! There appears to be a picture of 2 different types of stand for this model.They do look different.Please look close at the picture. The distance between the holes from the left of the hole to the right of the hole on the other side, is about 29 millimeters in length which is about 1.15 inches.The holes are even with each other horizontally.You may want to look at the bottom of the Tv and see if this appears it will fit. The other stand online appears smaller
