Brand new never used.  Has some Styrofoam pieces on it from unpacking but those will wipe off.  Come with all the black parts, screws and mounting bolts.
Missing the 2 keys and the tablet adapters,, that is why I am selling it so cheap.  The place I ordered it from told me to keep it or sell it and they are send a new one to me.  I have no need for 2 of these.  The box is in rough shape but will be taped up well for shipping.  This item comes with everything you see in the pictures.  The 2 bottom sections, the post, the iPad holder, the floor mounting bolts, screws and the screwdriver.  I am sure you can get the keys and tablet adapters pretty cheap online for it.
